In some places, you will be fine dearly for littering on the roads etc.
However, in hawker center, coffee shop etc, people can "spit" bone etc out from their mouth onto the table, the cleaner will carry a cloth "mopping" the table, "mop" without cleansing the cloth as often as it is needed.
the mopping carry on from table to table, which mean spreading whatever food leftover (worse still germ from someone saliva) from table to table, a deer child will rest his cheek on the "cleaned" table while waiting for his food
I think there are ways to avoid the above but who really care?

Selfishness- universal recipe for survivor
Everything and everyone in this universe is selfish:
1) non living matter will react base on its physical and chemical property (matter selfishness) and response to its surrounding conditions accordingly
2) living creature will react base on his emotional and biological behaviour (creature selfishness) and response to its surrounding conditions accordingly
Human by no exception can avoid the above universal rule. Human emotion is affected by their very own nature (honest, evil, helpful etc). An honest guy might recieved different reward/punishment base on the surrounding conditions.
It is lucky for someone to be honest/handsome as majority of the society members value them more than if he is otherwise.
